Ingredients:

    Agridime Hickory Smoke Fully Cooked Ham 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup pineapple juice

Instructions:

Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

Prepare the ham: Place the ham in a roasting pan, fat side up.

Score the ham: Use a sharp knife to score the surface of the ham in a crisscross pattern.

Cover and bake: Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil or a lid. Place the ham in the preheated oven.

Bake the ham: Heat the ham for about 10-12 minutes per pound. For a pre-cooked ham, this typically takes around 1.5 to 2.5 hours (depending on the size.)

Make the glaze: In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and pineapple juice. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly. This is your glaze.

Uncover and baste: During the last 30 minutes of baking, uncover the ham and baste it with the glaze. Brush it generously over the scored ham to coat it evenly.

Check the temperature: To ensure your ham is ready, use a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should reach 140°F (60°C).

Rest and serve: Once done, remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the ham moist.

Slice and enjoy: Carve the ham into slices and serve.
